A single filing view that shows an exporter which desk holds their declaration and what it is waiting on.
Solution description
- The problem
- Exporters cannot tell which desk is holding a declaration, so they telephone each desk in turn.
- The approach
- One record per shipment, updated by each desk as it moves, exposed to the exporter as a read-only timeline.
