- An exporter files one shipment through four desks and cannot tell which desk is holding it.
- Current situation
- Each desk keeps its own queue. Two internal attempts in 2024 reached a prototype and stopped at the data-sharing step.

- Small exporters filing fewer than fifty declarations a year — roughly 400 businesses.

- Tracing one filing takes about 40 minutes by telephone, and the desk reached usually cannot answer.

- An exporter sees the stage of their own filing without calling anyone.
